    Is it safe and legal to use your 1" add a leafs in front?

    yes, technically, they are a leaf, since they are bolted to the spring pack. They just happen to be short and a thick.
    I don't recommend anything over an inch, there are leverage effects on the front, but 1" works fine.

    I installed a pair on my front setup this week. It sure levels out the ride height. It's a no brainer install, but a lot of labor is involved.

    Just a thought or brainfart... can you stack them since they are actually fastened to the springs?

    Not recommended for the front. It would work better than stacking regular blocks in the rear, which isn't a good thing, but it is done pretty often.
