    ooo...

well, to start with, NV4500/5600, D60, or Rockwells if I can snag them, a buick 455 for my brother, fullsize `westcoast trucker' mirrors, bumper of some sorts for the rear of burbanzilla, power doorlocks, new fenders, KC lights... heck, I dunno, I don't usually see something I need, until I'm at the yard, and see it.

There's a salvage yard in Carter Lake, Ia. that every sat. they have a $25.00 all you can carry sale. Everything you can carry out the door in one trip is only $25.00 . It's a pull yourown parts type salvage yard. You can use a dolly to take a motor out the door for $25.00 . Hella deal. Wish the salvage yards up here would do that.

Theres a few of those places near me, but everyone I know thats gone says their picked clean before they do these sales. Its basicly how they finish off what they have before crushing them to make room for more.

[/ QUOTE ] You're probley right about that one, but hey, if I'm going to dream, might as well dream big. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif By the way, you'd be amazed at what you can find in the salvage yards in those little hick towns out in the middle of nowhere.

Shoot, the damn boneyards around here think they have super rare, one of a kind parts. No joke, they charge 90% of what a new part costs. I've told them that for that price, I'll buy new and at least have a warrentee.
