    I got the tires on and WHOLY CANOLY, its a van 1 ton, woooo-hoooo, i have a perfectly even track, if not an extra 1/2" in the rear! /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

    you cant post an image from a site that has popups and webshots has popups /forums/images/icons/frown.gif now that you are orange put it in your ck5 gallery /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

    Looks real good dude. I can't wait to start my one ton conversion. I have all the parts, just not the time right now. After seeing all these K5's with hacked fenderwells, sometimes I almost wished the sheet metal on my truck wasn't so clean! I'm not gonna cut perfectly good sheet!

    What size wheel did you go with?

    I'm still collecting the stuff to drop mine in... wheels tires.. key to lock the hub nut.. rewelded shock hangers...

    I too am feelin green....

    gear ratio? diff open or locked?

    madmike-well, if you dont cut, it will no longer be perfectly good, unless you go high enough.

    jc71355-good, lol, nuthin you cant do bud.

    big mac- i went with 15's cuz the rubbers are newer, the gears are 4:10 and the diffs are open carrier so i can get a detroit in it.

    Greg72-ya, i hated the driveway in my back yard, but hey, IT'S BUILT NO BOUGHT, RIGHT /forums/images/icons/wink.gif thanks for the flowers /forums/images/icons/grin.gif and nah, the girls know whats up, especially mine.

    do you think the hanger for the shackle flip needs bracing? say from where the head of the bolt is to the frame? /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
