Does the drive shaft need modified(shorten/lengthen) by any chance when swapping in the 14 bolt? or are the 10 and 14 the same distance from center of housing to the yoke?

The 14-bolt yoke is closer to the front of the truck than a 10-bolt one is. But it compensates nicely for the difference a 4-6 inch lift makes in the distance from the t-case to the axle yoke. [IMG]
