The cool thing is that these cars are not that hard or expensive to make go that fast /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. That's part of the reason I have an '87 Shelby Lancer (turbo/intercooled) - this man is an idol to fans of the 'Turbo Dodge'. . If ya find yourself geting an interest in them, let me know, I can point out quite a few resources on them...

    OK .... but it's still a K-car.

What's the fun in driving a fast car if you are ashamed to have anyone see you in it?

You should see the turbo dodge mini-vans (breeder wagons?) they have that also run 11's /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Wouldn't that be embarasing to have yer butt handed to you by a minivan...

When I lived in Massachusetts, we used to go up to New England Dragway in New Hampshire for the "run what ya brung" test days. There was a guy that showed up regularly in the most stock looking Dodge Caravan that you've ever seen. Then he'd whip out quarter-miiles times in the high 11's, time after time. The Mustang and CamaBird boys hated to line up next to him. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif He had tweaked the turbo on his 4-banger so that it was making MUCHO boost. That thing just flat hauled a$$! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
