    POSTED: 8:29 am EDT May 8, 2006
CARLISLE, Pa. -- A motorcyclist in Cumberland County is charged with doing a burnout in the stairwell of a motel. Police said Jordon Celovsky, 18, left 25 feet of burnout marks at the Super 8 Motel in Carlisle early Sunday morning.

The incident caused the motel to fill with smoke and forced the evacuation of more than 300 guests. Celovsky, who is from West Mifflin, near Pittsburgh, is free on $100,000 bail.

    :p: Branndon, your turn! :p:

I believe he's required to post 10% of the total bail but I could be wrong.

10% is given to the bailbondsman as collatoral and the BBM gives a voucher worth 100% to the office that set bail. That is how it is normally done

Proud to say I'm not familiar with how bail works.
