12" subs- alpine or pioneer

    12\" subs- alpine or pioneer

    Should i get 2 12" alpine type R subs or the new pioneer ones (2 12"). What kind of amp should i go with.?? Thanx

    for the money you will spend on the alpines you could get jl audio...i personally think jl sound better and last longer.. As for pioneer.... ive never really liked the way they sounded... but between the alpines and pioneers i would use alpine...Your amp.... well that depends on how much you want to spend... but with 12's i would push around 300 watts, 150 watts to each... if you want cheap.. buy boss... (you get what you pay for) but i would use alpine amp, fosgate, or ppi... hope this helps...

    <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.ampmanaudio.com>http://www.ampmanaudio.com</A> Look around and find the Shiva's or a single Tempest. The shiva's are 12's and the Tempests are 15's. Great price with performance that'll beat the pants of subs costing 3 times as much. Worth a look
