Hey all. I'm looking at a 14 bolt with 3.73s and an open carrier. My question is would I need another carrier for 4.56s? I am not sure if GM used different carriers between gearsets.....what do you think? Thanks.

You can, however, get a 4.56 ring gear that is made for the smaller 3.73 carrier. Richmond gear makes them. I think the price is about 30-50 more than the normal one.
