Here are some pics of 2 axles both from 14FF's, obviously they are different were there different shafts for the vans as far as spline diameter and axle width the small one is about 1.25 and mine is the 1.5 it is supposed to be plus the flange end has a dimple in the back side where mine is flat. help!!

That little one is a Spicer shaft... probably from a Dana 60. The small holes in the domed axle flange, and the fluted hub (judging from the silicone pattern) are a dead wringer.

Doesn't look like a 14BFF shaft to me. A van 14BFF is identical to a 3/4 or 1 ton 14BFF except that it is wider. Same spline count- same shaft diameter, Batman.

Better check your persciption /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif.....I agree with u2, the shaft on the right looks like a D60 rear full floater shaft.

As far as the smaller one on the right, I would also say it's from a D60, or possibly out of an old Eaton "pumpkin" rear end that the older GM's came with ??

It is a dana 60 found out that when the guy bought the axle the shafts were laying next to it not in it so he just assumed they were 14 FF. Thanks for the replies all is good now.
