    14 bolt van rear ???\'s

I know the 14 bolts that come from the 3/4 vans are longer bout 3" longer/wider whatever. So this would eliminate my spacer needs/wants whatever. SO what years do I need to be looking at? And are they SF's or FF's?
I also know htatI'll have to move the perches....
    Help me.....

There also 5 bolt lug pattern instead of six
Okay not thinking here, that's for the 12 bolt.

I'm pretty sure this will elimate your need for the spacers. My 14 bolt came from a K30, and eventually I'll put spacers on. I'm not sure what years to look for though. Just bring the ol' tape measure and good luck!

I am in the process of installing a 1976 3/4 ton 14 bolt van rear end under my blazer. It is 3" wider overall, but you have to relocate the spring perches and the shock mounts have to be modified.

I may be slow, but I sure am fat!

If you can reach the keyboard but not your beer, you need to get your priorities straight before you even think about looking for a new rear end.

Just curious, ftn96... Why don't you want to run spacers on a 14-bolt? It's a full-floater, you don't have to worry about stress on the axleshafts.

If at first you don't succeed, failure may be your style...

Well, first off I'd rather not have to go purchase another set of spacers. I could spend that extra on another spare wheel I need to get. Then a tire, then a tow hitch or cusotm rear bumper with tow points. The list goes on. But I f I have to I will.
