Well its mid-week and i am in the middle of a gear change on my 14 bolt(can finish next saturday), but in the mean time, I would like to change the wheel bearings.

How do I get them out? I bought a decent press, but which way to I press them out? Anyone have a link or something that shows me the proper way to change them and press new ones in?

the bearings in the hubs? well the inside will just fall out when you pull the seal out..and if i remember right, there's a snap ring that comes out and then the outer race gets pushed out and then the outer bearing...reverse for installation, we used a screwdriver, punch and brass punch for remova/, removal, installation..
