thats pretty crazy, he was going even faster than 220 since his RPM's were still going up after the guage read 220:saweet:

To me the stripes on the road only looked like he was going around 100 or so... I would think they would be zooming by a little faster at 200+, but either way, that's faster than I want to go doing a wheelie.

After watching it again... I think he's jacked with the speedo. He's going pretty slow at first, if you look at the stripes, and his speedo says like 50 or so.. I'm going to have to call BS on his part.

Going to have to agree on raising the BS flag on that one. He was doing 50 and only 2 or 3 stripes pass him by. A bike at 140 is hard to control on the strip let alone one at 220 on the street........

I should've taken video of my wife's old car after we swapped out the tranny. Should would do 160 on the highway in her '89 Pontiac Grand Prix.

And I guess he messed with the tachometer also? 11,000 rpm in 6th gear is way more than 100mph. Below is the link for another at about 185 at 10,000 rpm (his speedo is in kmph, but I converted it) and he slows down to 75 mph when he catches up to a car. Maybe it is BS?, but it looks legit to me.

If that was real he'd have to pull the saddle out of his ass crack when he was done.

The fact that the speedo is pegged at 220 and the tach is still rising makes me call BS on this one. The bike would have been going somewhere over 230-235 and they just don't do that. Especially not on on the road.

You doubters should google "Ghost Rider" or any other of the extreme riding videos.
A 140mph wheelie isnt anything really new these days or especialy doing them on the street either!!!
Just cause the mph's are pegged out and the tach is still moving, that means its bogus!?!?So you have never pegged your car/truck out and never noticed your still building RPM's i.e your tach still moving????

You guys are kidding right? Sure the bikes have limiters, but the earlier ones are different, AND you can take those off! They are fast as hell. Those bikes are well capable of 220 MPH. if you werent to ride it on the road where else would you? 220 on a track, NO WAY.
