I have a 14FF under my 89 K5 with 4.56 ratio with gov-tracloc and another 14FF with 4.10 ratio open carrier sitting in my garage. I was wondering if I can use the open carrier out of the 4.10 14FF in my 4.56 gov-loc, so I can install a detroit locker in my rear axle.

    Any help much appreciated!

Not without getting a new thick r&p for the 4.10 carrier. The split is 4.10/4.56 for the 14b.
