    is there any difference between the 1 ton and 3/4 ton 14bff besides the spring pearch width

    I don't know if that is or not.

    But Mine was a 3/4 ton and this was my shock mount....

    That looks like some custom work. I think the difference is that 1 ton units have the shocks mounted inside the frame instead of outside.
    Edit: ... but they still use the factory type lower mount.

    Someone who knows for sure will chime in...

    the 1 ton shock were/re insid the frasme, and both on the same side(front or back, can't remember), 1/2 and 3/4 are on the outside of the frame, and staggered(1 in front, one in back)

    1 ton was staggered as well at least the 84 that i have was plus shock mounts wasn't really what i was wondering about, those and perches can be easily moved
