www.rockstomper.com will make them with any backspacing that you want. The only drawback is that they come unpainted.

I've got my Weld Racing catalog out right here and they list the SR-series wheels in 15" by uup to 23" wide and are available in any backspacing from 2" up to 8". /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Well that was a bit rude, but I guess I did miss that word. Maybe you should get a clue and realize that aluminum 15" wheels will not fit on any front 8 lug axle unless you run like 2" or less of BS; with 2" BS on a 12" wide wheel you'd probably rub 33s with a 6" lift and trimming when you turn the wheels. The tires will end up sticking out 8" from the fenders... Not to mention what it would do to the bearings, so not only are they hard to find but if you do manage to find some they'll never fit your truck.

I agree. Dream on. Nothing aluminum, 15", and 8 lug is really pracically feasable on our trucks.

Them bastards!!! I'm gonna have to call Dave (a guy I know personally that works there) and find out the scoop. Maybe have him get theose wheels back into production again.

    Re: 15\" 8lug aluminum wheels?

The aluminum wheels are thicker than the steel wheels. The front 15" steel rims do not technically fit the 3/4 tons, which is why you have to grind the calipers to fit 15" rims. If you used aluminum the extra thickness would be way more than you could grind off the calipers. So no aluminum 8 luggers, I am kinda suprised you can get the steel ones even, seeing how they don't fit stock set-ups.
