I searched first but didnt come up with anything definative. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif Will 15 inch rims fit on the front after an 8 lug conversion on my Dana 44? I am asking this because i don't have nearly enough extra money to get new tires. Thank you for all the input guys /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes they will fit..... But you will have to grind the calipers with a 15" rim with more than 2.5" back spaceing. I think it goes 2.5 fits.....3.5 some grinding is needed and 4" or more and it takes alot of grinding. Good luck, /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Nobody makes 15" aluminum wheels anyway in an 8 lug pattern. Yes, they've got to be steel. Mine are 4.25" backspacing. I ground a ton. I am going to hate grinding my D60.

I didnt grind at all, just buy the rock krawler rims from 4wph for 50 bucks each, ask for the 4.25 offset rims /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
