15" WHEELS and dana 44 3/4 ton? corp 14bff???

    15\" WHEELS and dana 44 3/4 ton? corp 14bff???

    i just got some 3/4 ton axles for my burban, d44 front, and corp 14bff rear, can you fit 15" steel wheels on 8 lug axles?

    Go with 3.5" of backspacing...that will minimize the amount of grinding necessary on the calipers up front without sticking your tires too far out of the fenders. Notice I said minimize - that's because you'll still have to shave some off (so I hear). The rear will be fine.

    You only have to grind if its a D60

    Okay, maybey you do have to grind a little. But I do know that grinding a D60 or 44 is no fun but, worth it /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif
