Is anyone aware of a company that sells door inserts and soft doors for a 1973 Blazer? They should be similar to the ones built for a Bronco. If I remember correctely, the Army used to have these on quite a few of there Blazers. Please help, I really need a set of these badly.

Never seen them for a K5 If you find them let me know...I would be interested. I'm ready to find some beat up doors and make a set. Possibly use a modified jeep soft door.

<font color=blue>I have some junk doors I gutted and I'm going to make inserts out of them. As for the soft doors, nobody makes them. I was thinking about gettintg some 1/2" copper pipe tubing and bending that into the shape of soft doors, then having a boat place down the shore cover them. Then again, my truck is a trail truck so I'll probably just get a rainsuit, some ski goggles, and just close my mouth when I hit the mudholes [IMG] [IMG] !!!

Biggray is right, they have never existed for the K-5. I've been in the Army for 12 years and have never seen one on a CUCV either, they always had the half-top Blazer's anyway.

I bought my first K5 back around 1981. Been a Blazer nut ever since. I've never seen or heard of soft doors for a K5. [IMG]
