I just bought the best lookin full size Jimmy. It needs some TLC, mainly the rear window won't go up or down. I have soaked it with wd40 but it still won't work. I can hear the motor running it just seems not to be engaged. ALSO...does anyone know where I can get a door key for it??? I have 2 ignition keys but no door key.

Well, if the motor is TURNING, there is a cable that goes from the motor to the crank mechanism that sounds like it may be broken.............open up the access panel from inside with the window up (not that yu have a choice [IMG]) and unscrew the cable. You can then tell if it is broken.........plus if it isn't you can put a drill motor on it and see if the window will crank up and down.

Now, if you have no door/rear window motor key, a dealership can fix you up.........oh, by the way, don't lock your doors! LOL
