    Anybody know the part #
Are they all straps instead of U-bolts? Are the straps the same as the rear?

Are you refering to the strap for bolting the u joint to the front axle? I don't know the part numbers, but the D44 takes u-bolts, and the 10 bolt, takes straps & bolts. Both are available from your Chevy dealer. I just bought 2 new u-bolts for mine and they were like $8 for the pair.

that answers my 1 question are they the same as the rear? I just bought a new kit for the rear 10bolt then I changed it out for a 14bolt.
Sorry I was asking what the part number of the u-joint was.
    Thanks for the reply

I believe it is a 447 (Napa #), but this cross references over to other u-joints, as well. Don't waste you time going to Advance or the like auto parts stors, they don't know how to cross it over. Go to a smaller/local store that can do a cross reference. If shipping isn't too high http://www.northernautoparts.com has this joint for under $12. It is a Federal-Mogal u-joint. Good luck!!

no I meant I bought the new strap kit for my rear 10 bolt so I want to know if it will work for the front 10bolt. And what the part number for the Front 10bolt U-joint is.
    Thanks

Its a 1310 Spicer, and yes it will, because I used my old straps from the front, on my 14 bolt. Sorry for the confusion!
