    This was my first mud/sand/water run in the K5. Just wanted to share my joys with the rest of you...and yes I almost killed "Big Bertha" :D (name of my K5).

    GOOD LOOKING PICS! Looks like a h*ll of a good time looks kinda like were i mudd. you gunna put any lift on there? nice looking blazer. did you get stuck?

    I am investing in a lift as we speak. Just doing some research to see what's popular/good without being too hard on my pockets. I only want 3-4" of lift. There were a couple times where I *thought* I was stuck but I ended up getting out. The K5 is definitely a beast that's for sure! I ended up pulling out stuck XJ's and YJ's.

    thats funny love to see blazers pulling out jeeps :haha:
    a lift orda set the looks of it off. rough country lifts are cheap but very rough riding trust me i know i got one lot of the other brands ride much smoother . GOOD LUCK!!!

    As the title says to the thread it is Pine Barrens, NJ.

    There is no town called Pine Barrens, NJ.
    Pine barrens describes most of southern NJ, Pine trees, sand and dirt.

    Pine Barrens is a state park located in NJ. Doing a quick google it's located around Ocean County. Here is an online map I found in case some may be interested and still somewhat lost:

    As for where we met up I cannot be TOO exact. From what I remember we met up near a Wawa near the Expressway and just entered into part of the park not too far from there.
