Some of you have contacted me in the last little while to see if the annual Rigs of CK5 calendar was a go for 2007. Well, lads, I just got the go-ahead from Steve to get moving on the project. Kim and I are gonna handle the entire deal this year, and a portion of the sale of every calendar will be sent to Steve to help him keep CK5 online and running smoothly.

We're still working out all the details, but before I even start, I need to get a feel of how many people would be

    A - interested in buying a calendar

B - interested in submitting a Hi-Res pic of their truck to potentially appear in the calendar

FYI, we're hoping to list these suckers for somewhere around $15 - 20 a piece.

Anyhow, post up if you're interested, brothers. If we're gonna do this, I need to get things rolling relatively soon.

I'll definitely buy at least one calendar.

I would like to submit again if I can find a good picture. Seems like I haven't had very many this year. The one that I really like is vertical, so I know that won't work.

I'd be interested in buying another one this year. :thumb:

Are there going to be any Girls of CK5 calendars this year as well?

Just so everyone knows, there are 11 spots available for the calendar. I call dibs on one, just because I can......:p:

Anyhow, we are looking for Hi-Res(minimum 1200 x 1600 pixels) taken long-side down, preferably. We generally choose pics of rigs in action, or with some really cool scenery in the background. Driveway shots will not be accepted. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS FROM MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.

For the record, this "contest" is open to ALL K-series rigs, from mild to wild. A clear shot of a stock rig in action with awesome scenery in the background will beat out even the most tricked-out ride if the pic is humdrum. Those of you who have seen past calendars know what we're looking for.

Scott, I'd have to see what the Boss thinks about that. I know that he wasn't into it last year after a few losers wrecked it for everyone in 2005. Maybe now that he's less involved he'll give us the go ahead. I'm all for it, because I enjoy seeing the lovely Kim Can posing in front of my truck all month.....:rotfl:

I don't know if you bought a calendar last year, Jeremy, but we featured a couple of pretty basic rigs just posing, simply because the background scenery was phenomenal. I'm not sure if a C-series would fit the bill, but I won't know until I recieve all the submissions.

I'll buy another one Paul. I'll send in a pic again as well. Just gotta get an action shot with both rigs in it.

Maybe I'll jump the K5 over the Crew cab with a scenic backdrop. Would that work:wink1: :D
