I want to take out my front/reardrivelines so i can narrow down vibration origin. My 203 is still full time, so which gear should i put the t-case in if I just drive it with just the front shaft install and which gear for just the rear one installed.

Either Hi Lock or Low Lock I believe. These are the only two that lock the differential in the 203 together so if you only have 1 shaft hooked up it won't just sit there and spin.

It's the front. blown joint in the CV. You usualy can see they are bad when they are in the truck. Start there first.
