    Hello All,

I understand there are two types of part-time conversion kits for the NP203. Is the shaft-type the better conversion?

Has anyone done it? How complicated is it? What is the shift pattern of the transfer case after?

    Thanks,

I have only heard of the shaft kit. It is not expensive and everything I have read says it works great. Shift patter becomes four low, two low, neutral, two hi, four hi. Read the link in the above post if you are serious about it. It explains everything.
