203 part-time kit?

    Who makes the 203 part time kit? is it worth the $? are there any problems with breakage? how hard is it to insatall? where can I get one? Sorry so many ?'s!

    Summit racing sells them. Put one in a 78 k10, went from 10 to around 12mpg. Not to hard to install, read over directions a few times before you start. It has been in the truck 4 years no problems. Remember to put in 4 wheel high maybe once a week to keep all parts lubed.

    And very important use motor oil in that NP203.
    What ever you run in the motor will be fine in that T-case.
    Do not use gear oil in a NP 203 !

    The NP203 is stronger than the NP205

    Milemarker makes the kit. They are pretty straighforward toi install, helped my buddy put one in his '75 Ford F250 once. He has had it in for years, had no problems.
