Okay i am cleaning up a 203 in prep for my rig and i took the shifter off(most of it) there are 2 linkages. the shifter only seemns to move one of them (the outer). when i move the intter one it seem to do the following
all the way back on the front yoke moves
    Middle both yokes move
all the way forward seem to be low gear as both yoles move but are tighter than middle setting....

I looked in the books I havea and tries to do a search but there is SO many post on the 203 that i could be here for a month and still never find the right post.

any help on what this is would be great. why doesnt he sifter move the second linkage or am i doing something wrong....

Thanks in advance guys & gals!

The shift stick itself moves the two rods at the same time via a that small box attached to the t-case. Your shifter has LOW at opposite ends of the main shifters throw so look for an attatchment point which arcs, starts at one side moves away and comes back.
