205 Transfercase

    I am thinking about going to a Divorced 205 transfercase and lowering it for better shaft angles.Could someone tell me the difference in a furd,dodge,205's. did G.m make a Divorced 205.....Thanks

    AFAIK, Gm never used a divorce TC...Ford did, but the divorced 205 form a Ford is drivers drop. Your best bet is a divorced Dodge T-cse...they DID use them , just not sure what on...

    Chevy/GMC used a divorced T-Case in the late 60's. Rockwell T-221 Not as tough as a 205, but they did use one.

    69-74 Dodge is a divorced NP205 (passenger drop). IH pickups might have used them too.
