My 208 T-Case is dripping ATF this made me clean it and discovered that there is a 2"-3" long crack on the front side of it. My dad most likly will whont to weld it up but i am not shure. I want to get a TH400 or a TH350 and biuld a doubler and pull out the 465/208. but do not have the money for that right now.

the 208 t case is alluminum. i dunno if yer dad can do it or not.(don't know his skills) but if he can't go to a dealership and i think its like 150 bux or buy another case and just use that one if you can find a 208 cheaper than the dealership.

If you really want to fix it right you should get a new case, but if you would like a cheaper way to fix the crack use this . It is a low temp welding solution for aluminium products. Read up, it might be just what you need.
