I need a 2wd box that would work with my 84 K5. The closer to TX the better.

its in excellent condition, so id like $40 for it. you arent too far away, so im guessing shipping shouldnt be that much. ask around and see if it will work for you or not, and get back with me. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

If it is from a 90 C/K model, it won't work. Mounting is different. 88-Up C/K's mount on the inside of the frame, unlike the older units that mounted to the outside of the frame.

Not to steal the thread but does anyone know if the 88+ truck 2wd steering shaft is the same and could be put into an older style box?

    Thanks,
    Mike
