2wd to 4wd

    i have a 4x4 that i am converting to 2w drive where are you from .

    Not going to be an easy task in either direction. The frame rails are the same, but the brackets and holes are different. It would be alot easier to either buy a 4x4 and sell the 4x2 or get a 4x4 frame. That is unless you don't mind not wheeling and like constructing a truck.

    Where are you at, and what is the condition of the truck?

    If you have a two wheel drive and want a 4x4, just sell the two wheel drive to some one who only wants two wheel drive and buy a 4x4(they are a dime a dozen). The swap would probably be a pain. I know there is a lot of stuff that is different between the two.
