I ran across a set of axles from an 82 with 410s . . . are these very sought after or are they run of the mil??? What should I be willing to pay for these?
    Thanks
    Tim

Mine were outta an 80 and also were 4:10s. That happened to be what i was looking for due to how i use the truck for towing. Not sure if 82 was a S/F or FF (semi or full floating). Mine were FF (the desireable kind!)
    I gave $100/end for 'em.

Mine came from an '82. It'll be a semi-floating axle.

I'd give $200-250 max for them. I got mine for free. '82 is the first year for the semi floating 14 bolt.

You could get the FF for a long time after the semifloater came out you can tell by the hubs that sitck out on the rear they aren't really hubs but they have several bolts on them that is a FF semifloater does not have them. 4.10s are pretty much the norm for 3/4 ton stuff. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
