took her for a ride last night. i went ahead and got the 14ff welded, it's not as bad as i thought. if i turn really sharp i can hear the tire chirp a bit, but very unnoticeable.

rear disk brakes are in aswell. used the misfit brakets with the caddy calipers. had to reposition the parking brake cable about an inch closer to the axel and used front flexible brake lines for the caddy ones on back.

put in a 4" rancho lift to replace the 2.5" TCs, i regret it. rancho is too stiff. i'll probably remove a leaf or 2. did it on my brothers and seems to ride a bit softer.

    still need
    - hydrolic setup
    - sm465/np205
    - rear drive line
    - wheel it
    - soft top
    - wheel it some more
    - A/C (gets like 115 in the summer here)
    - wheel it some more

    ARQ.

Congrats! Gotta love a welded diff. Awesome traction no matter what. I can't wait to convert to disc brakes.
