There was an ad in the paper for some 3/4 ton axles, drive shafts and wheels w/ tires for 350 bucks(chevy 8 lug) for 350 obo. I didn't think I was interested but now Im kinda thinking to myself (yes it hurts) What does that entail? What is a 3/4 ton axle? Are they beefy 12 bolts? Is it a 14" rear? will my leaf springs work with them? Can I just get away with new U bolts? Will some of you toss this dumb old dog a bone please?

Yeh I think I will. I figured it was kind of vague. The ad just said chevy 3/4 ton. I'll get back with more info.

Usually in my area that add would mean a d44 front and a 14 bolt rear.
    Good luck,
