I've been looking for a 3/4 ton truck to swap axles. Most of my searches found only 4x2 trucks. I know the rear end sould work fine but what about the front? Can I use the front end of a 4x2 3/4 ton truck?

The front end of a 4x2 would be a-arms and coil springs. They dont have solid axles!

What are you trying to do?

I don't want to convert my Blazer to 4x2... I'm just looking to swap out my 10 bolts. I've never actually looked under a 4x2 3/4 ton truck. I just wanted to check with you guys and make sure before I follow up on some ads in the paper for possible donors. Thanks for clearing this up.
