If I were you, don't take any replies too offensive but putting blocks underneath your FRONT axle is very dangerous. The force exerted on your front axle while driving will easily knock out a block and cause who knows what kind of damage.

You can run the blocks underneath your rear axle with no problems if installed correctly, but your signing your own death warrant if you put blocks underneath your FRONT axle. I saw a longbed truck spit out a block on its front axle and the damage wasn't pretty.

You can run 33's with practically with no lift anyways.

[/ QUOTE ] it all depends some people can run 33's with no lift some people cant. it's all in the rim. i don't run deep dish rims so i ran 33's with no lift and was able to flex very well without rubbing. i now run 38's with only 2.5in lift and some fender trimming because i don't run the deep dish rims

ARE YOU DEAF???? or do you not read too well.

Chances are you can probably run 33" tires with no lift. You might possibly need a little bit of lift depending on your spring sag and wheel backspacing.

I run 33 X12.5" on stock Jimmy 15 X7" aluminum rims and can put my axles to the bumpstops without hitting a fender.

If it is a road only driven truck you don't even need to worry about flex.

If you don't want to do a suspension lift, just add a small body lift to clear the 33s if your stock suspension doesn't do it.

yeah, calm down...he is asking because he doesnt know. Getting all fired up at him isnt gonna help ANYBODY. Its replies like the that first "ARE YOU DEAF" comment that make people not want to post. If you make a person feel dumb, they arent gonna post. The question might seem dumb to you, or 'duh', but that is what this place is for. If you dont know, you ask. If the person feels intimidated and doesnt ask, they might hurt themselves or others. Just say he felt it might be a dumb question and did NOT post, he might have ran the blocks first, hurt him or others.
There are no stupid questions, thats how we all know what we know now...by asking questions.

Mychal, funny thing is, if sidepipes met me for the first time and yelled that out loud to me, he would be greeted with a mouthful of broken teeth. /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

    HEY SAGGYPIPES ....settle down.

You're pretty cocky for a non-contributing member with poor syntax and a whopping 113 posts who didn't fill out his profile very well AND is canadian to boot.

I recommend that you have a molsen and a Midol next time before you wow us all with your depth of knowledge and cordiality.

Wow That from a person with 131 posts! You are so ahead of me.

I guess my sense of humour doesn't go across the internet well.

I am not wound up.... I just have a problem with people that ask for advice and when its given ignore it nor ask for a for an indepth description. If he had asked me any questions I would have gladly answered them, with bad grammar and poor syntax of course. I would have gladly gone out and taken any measurements necessary for him to compare. He just ignored my post because I'm a bluebie or I only have 113 posts( which of course means I have no technical knowledge or knowhow) and went on to say I guess I need a suspension lift.

Ehhhhh....don't worry about it. We all have our moments now and then. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Best thing about this site is the fact everyone backs the others. When someone gets out of hand, the others will quickly make sure stuff gets right. And once it does, life goes on. Admitting your faults is something I respect highly from anyone on this site. You're cool in my book. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Let's not argue over who killed whom. I presumed that your low post # combined w/ a light profile and a blue color was an indicator of something that is perhaps inaccurate. If this is the case, I extend my appologies. If it is not the case, it stands on its own merit.
