hey guys, i am wondering, would a gm crate engine 350, would it bolt up to where my old 305 is?
or is there any type of changes i have to do besides jsut swapping engines
other than the engine and would this be an expensive swap if there are changes or adaptations i would have to make?

the engine would be coming out of a 81 blazer that JUST put the engine in there.
    thanks guys

we put a 77 350 in my 84, and there was nothing different, of course we took off all the emissions stuff, we changed the tranny also to a TH350, what kinda tranny you got? 700r4?

If you dont make it the first time, Drink another beer, and press a little harder on the gas

There is no difference between the two, it will bolt up just like it was born there. You can transfer all of the smog crap too if you want...The 305 exhaust manifolds will bolt up but there is an adapter on the passenger side you will have to transfer over...

You need a new flywheel. I did when I swapped my 305 to a 350 crate.

My Chevy isn't broken, its just out of gas.
