33"s?

    33\"s?

    I was just wondering....I have a 2" body lift on my 76 k5 and I was just wondering If I could fit some 33x12.50 tires on there on 15x12" rims?...do I have enoulf room? and do i need a 4" suspention lift?

    <font color=green> well its gonna be hard to get the bead to seal on 12.50 tires being put on 12" rims, plus the tire will be more likely to pop off so u might ought to check into 15x8 or 15x10 rims. 33's should fit under there with the 2" body lift, im running 33" on my stock K5(but im going for a 4" for flex, which it will be here Thursday!!!!!)

    Hea thanks alot....this coming summer im gonna throw a 4" under it to.

    You may end up with some clearance problems if you flex it much, we have guys with 33's on 15x8's that hit on 4" lifts. Trim the fenders a little, it'll help you out. And keep the swaybar hooked up. That should get you by.
    He's right on with the 12" wheel thing, get a set of 8 or 10's. I personally prefer the 8's.
