I was told thers a place i could get it shipped to my door for 280. Looked all over the web could not find it. not sure on the name either. the kit comes with the springs, blocks and hardware. no shocks or steering arm with it. if you know a cheaper place please let me know thanks

I would go with a roughcountry lift, its about 340 shipped from www.roughcountry.com it comes with blocks for the rear, but you can do springs for about 500 shipped, alot of people on this site use rough country and love them, good flex, a little on the stiff side, but for the price who cares? Its a truck its not supposed to ride like a BMW.

Here is the specs from the site.. http://www.roughcountry.com/chevy_77-87_4.asp

4" Suspension Kit Includes: Front leaf springs, steering arm, brake line relocation brackets, u-bolts, polyurethane bushings, 4 RC Hydro 8000 series shocks, black shock boots, and option of rear blocks or rear springs.
Benefits: • Springs are Soft-Ride & double tapered with teflon inserts. • Fits 33" tires with no rubbing or trimming. • Kit is upgradeable with RC Nitro 9000 series shocks. Notes: • If ordering rear springs, must know if factory springs are 52" or 56" long. • Fits 77-87 models Only.

    Hope that helps!!!!

I wouldn't say it's ALOT... Far more BDS and TC users...

I would also consider conserving your praise till you've tried em... For a street driven truck, I think they ride like arse... I hated em in my Dodge...

    Cheaper is rarely better.... :wink1:

And Mike, a shackle flip in the back is a better choice than springs or blocks..... cheaper than springs too...

Want it to ride like a dump truck? RC 4" springs front and rear..

It's a tradeoff, stiff springs will ride harsher, but soft springs tend to sag more. Depends on what you're willing to sacrifice. I didn't want my rig having a funny car rake to it and I can live with a little less flex so I went with RC. Took the money I saved and put it towards the shackle flip. No complaints here.
