    35\" and a 4\" lift

will 35" tires work with a 4" lift and pre-runner fenders or will i have to trim inner fender still?

Your probably going to have to trim some. How wide are your tires and wheels? I have 35's and a 6" lift and I've trimmed a bunch and they still hit. But I'm running 15.50's on 14" wide wheels.
