OK, still in the planning stages of my new K5. My plan (in a year or 2) is to have my truck on 37's or 38's with Dana 60/14 bolt FF. I know with a little trimming a 6" lift will clear 38's, with the 8" it will clear with barely any trimming. Anybody with pics of 37's or 38's on their truck please post them or a link and tell me how much lift you have. BTW, I'm planning on running 38x14.50's /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    My Dad and I project:
    5.5 BDS All-spring Suspension
    1" ORD Body Lift
    37x12.5R16 SSR's
Trimmed the Front fenders by measuring 7" from the door and cut to the top of the fender and we were still able to run the fenderwells. Also cut the front section off the front of the fender below the marker light
Trimmed the rear quater panels by just cutting off the entire panel below the side moldings, also to clear the bumper side protection

The the amount cut, I'm sure with the axles moxed forward and rear-ward we could clear 40'S /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif
    Hope this helps /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I am running 5.5" BDS springs up front, 4" BDS springs in back with 4" ORD Shackle Flip and a 1" relocation block in the back to move the axle back 1.5". I also moved the front axle forward 1" by redrilling the spring perches on the D60.
Oh, and I running 13/38/16 TSL Swampers on 16x10 MT Classic IIs.

Great so 6" is really all that I will need. I forgot about the Dana 60 adding lift. I think I'll get 6" springs for the front and throw on a 1" lift shackle if needed for extra clearance. I think I'll stick with the 4" spring and 4" shackle flip.
