    Two questions, What differences give the full-size tbi's 15 more hp than the s-10s and what transmission backed the 4.3s. Thanks

    What year 4.3L are we talking here? The 4.3L usually got a TH700 (4L60) up to 92. In '93 it became the 4L60E. Some full-size trucks & vans in the 88-90 range had a TH375/TH400.

    My guess would probably be the fuel map in the computer.
