I am looking to lift my 89 blazer and was wondering if i will have to lenthen my drive shaft?
If you are only going with a 4" lift, you should be fine. That is, unless its 4" over some existing lift. Usually extending driveshafts come into play around 6-8".
Best of luck,

my blazer has a 4.5inch blocks and a add-a-leaf and my drive shaft was fine.
