4\" lift and 35\" tire pictures, (even though its a pop. subj.)

ok, maybe im retarded, or i don't know, but i need pix of trucks with 4 inches of lift and 35 inch tires, i wanted to go 6 so i wouldn't have to cut, but my pops just said that he doesnt want me to go that high, so i need to see how ya'lls fender trimming techniques work, i know this subject has been worn out and i will be told to do a search or look in the galleries, but unless im doin it wrong, there is no way to search/know what size of anything im lookin at, expecially while the trucks are flexing in the pics. im lookin for suspension lifts, shackle lifts would be perfec, but dun rekn i can be that picky /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif and any tips/techniques/advice/special tools or fender flares i should use, is it possible to still use that little piece of chrome trim that lines the fender? is there an aftermarket one? all i want is for it to look GOOD, hardly noticeable if possible, and fit 35's, they will never see rock, so i dun need an extreme flex but considerable.. thanks for all your help, much appreciated..

Just go psycho with da sawzall! I'd be surprised if you couldn't cut enough... it may not be pretty but it would be cheaper.

Let me get you some detailed pictures of my fender cut tommorrow. I think I just barely rub the bottom of my inner fender right now. I just need to ramp it to check.

Go here My Webshots There are some pics there of my rig on 36's w/ 4" of lift. I can *almost* make the tires rub on the front. I think if I tried a little harder I could /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

There's also a pic or two of the fenders kinda close up.

After you trim you need to use the BFH.

I know it's not 4" but here's a couple pics of my fender trimming. I tried to cut mine so it wasn't blatantly obvious. And yes you can use the factory piece of chrome around the wheel wells. If you want to come over sometime, I have the tools needed to trim your fenders. I re-welded the inner fener well mounting bracket for the factory look and support. Give me a call if you need some help.

Here's another shot of a little flex.
