    4\" lift and 35\'s?

ok...around here, all we do is mud...no real flexing, except crossing ruts and jumping curbs really....whattaya do to get 35's under a 4" lift? who has that setup, and anyone got that setup w/bushwaker flares? and also, if i have 4" and 35's, would i be able to slab a 3" body lift on later and run 38x12.5" swampers w/out cutting more? what's the cheapest 4" lift? and also what other things will i need to get?

    I don't see how a 4" lift can fit 35's. I have a 3" and 33's and they rub

I've got a 4" lift and run 35s. I need to do some some fender trimming tho. I'm going to install some bushwacker cutouts. Seems to work ok. I'm also planning on a 1" body lift.

Im sure you can run 35s under a 4"
My friend runs 33's under his 3" body he is planning to get a 4" susp and run 38's.
You might get some rub w/ 35's w/ the tiniest bit of flex though. You might wanna cut some fender just incase.
38x12.5 seems kinda thin for the height dont it?

    6in 87' K5 w/ 35" BFG muds.

What I need: 4.11 gears, Lim Slip Dif, Force2 Catback, rear springs, some SSR's or SX's

    [censored] i used tohave a 2in lift w/ 33s and NO rub
now i have a4 in lift and 35's and no rub.
also depends on the back spacing on the rims.

I had a 4" with 35's on my 1979 Jimmy and I had no rubbing, But I mainly did dunes and high climbs, the tires only hit the fenders once on the dunes but I landed hard,LOL. It all depends on the rims, mine were only 7" wide, and mine flexed fine for what I needed it to do. The cut outs should take care of the problem if you have any rubbing.

Im running 33's with no lift and sagging front springs and I have minimal rubbing and only on the driverside which is the worse side. Im planning on 36's with my 4".

    Re: 4\" lift and 35\'s?

<font color=purple> 35's will fit with a 4" lift but to make sure there's no rubbing, I'd go with some fender trimming or a 2" body lift.

yeah i have 15x8 now [i think thats the width of stoc rims]
then i am gettin some 15x10 w/ normal backspacing on them and i expect no prblems.

    Re: 4\" lift and 35\'s?

I had 35" BFG All terains with 4" of lift. I only rubbed when turning and flexing. With some minor fender trimming at the rear of the front wheel well, I had no problems.

I don't think so, therefore I'm probably not.

Have 35's with my lift, but I'm positive I could put 38's . I had 305/75/16's on 16x 9 rims, with my stock 94 burb with no mods and no rubs, (they are taller than 33's)
