    4\" lift do i need to lengthin my drivelines

    I want to put a 4" skyjacker lift on my k5 and i was wondering would i need longer drivelines to do so i am runing 10 bolt front and rear and 700r4 this is a new project for me. /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    I put the 4" skyjacker on my 90K5 with no pronblems what so ever. If you get some vibes drop the t-case like 84k5 said. Other than that enjoy!

    like everyone said you dont HAVE to but after running mine for about a year with the lift i had to change a ujoint and once i pulled the shaft i noticed that it had wear markes about a 1" lower so i took it to a machine shop and they told me i needed a the inch put back on to be "right". i have a 700 with slip yoke and have twisted it up pretty good with no problems
