    4\" Springs + 4\" Flip, Pinion Angle?

How close is the pinion angle for new 4" rear springs and a 4" ORD shackle flip?

I'm rebuilding my 14 bolt and want to move my spring perches. I'm wondering if I can put them at the same angle as stock?

Tack weld them in the stock location and try it out under the truck with the t-case setup you're going to run for good. I suspect you're going to want to have a CV jointed rear driveshaft so you'll want the pinion pointed at the t-case and the susp. combo you're asking about should come pretty close to doing that.
BUT, don't take it for granted, just do a test fit and find out for sure.

    Thanks Stephen /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

What should I use for the spring perches, reweld the cast ones back on or do I need to use new ones, if so where can I get some?

We've re-used the factory perches before, we're also working on a new perch for it, just some details to finish on it. It'll be 2-3 weeks yet.

I haven't been in any of the lafyatette shops lately but i know the local BR 4x4 shop had spring perches in stock $20...I reused my stock ones once but screwed them up the second time so bought new ones...
