4 wheel drum to Disc/Drum Proportioning Valve

    I was wondering to if any one knows if I could use a 78 or so truck disk/drum Proportioning Valve in my 69, If not whats the front lines going to the back brakes and the back line size going to the front brakes from the Proportioning Valve ? Just a nother ? that I could use some help on thanks.

    The difference between a 1st gen prop valve and a 2nd gen one isn't much. The 2gen is mounted to the frame and also acts as a "T" to both front brake lines. You would have to go to the parts store and get a bleeder that will fit where the other front line came out or just plumb it just like the 2gen is done.
