it good to hear that manufactures are making bigger sizes or at least BFG is, but what i would like to see is a 40+ tsl sx. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    yeah, but 40x13.5x17?

i think you have to have dubs to roll those /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

you'll look like Peg-Leg Pete running those tires in that height.

Well, my guess is you would have to have "17s" not dubs.

Hey Zakk, not to be a jerk, but just so you know, the term "dub" refers to a 20" rim, so a 17" dub is impossible, Oh and BTW the motor looks pretty decent, nice blown head gasket, but other than that, the cylinders look pretty good, now i just gotta get it tanked and bored. and then the fun will really begin.

I wish superswamper would bring the 37 ssr out in a 14.5 wide version ( for my 16.5 rim ...doesnt do any good for me if for a 17 only ) . doesnt make any sense..they have a 35 12.5 and 14.5 why not the 14.5 in the 35 grrrrr makes me mad. 12.5 are too much like pizza cutters to me /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. serously though I run in sand alot so i need the with my the ssr tread has been the best tread i have used ( the others were bfg all terrian and mud terrian ).

They're playing to the rockcrawler crowd with the 17s. 16.5's are pretty much a thing of the past. I wouldn't expect to see too many new 16.5 tires.

Now what I want to see is a 40x12.5 SX. That would be smooth, tall, and I could still fit in the enclosed trailer i've been looking at!

That does bite. I have 16.5x9.75 weld wheels, don't like the idea of mothballing $280/piece rims /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif.
