    I paid $950 for mine, in very good shape. However, I always seem to pay more than I have to... You can probably do better than this, but I wanted something I wouldn't have to rebuild.

    We charge $850 for a rebuilt one, so if you back up from there, taking about $200 off for rebuild parts, then taking off some labor and possible replacement of hard parts, etc. ----you come to a point where if you have to pay more than about $400 for the core case, you might as well buy a rebuilt one.
    Keep in mind you can convert a standard version for about $300 total, and that's probably high.
