I'm after 454 fuel injectors. Either the 80 lb/hr or the 90 lb/hr ones. I might even take Pro-Jection injectors since they fit the hole too.

GM Parts Direct sells brand spanking new #17113080 injectors for $100/each. Anybody know where else to find some for less? I'd even take reman injectors.

Too bad you're not after MPI injectors. I've got 8 brand spankin' new injectors from a MerCruiser 454 MPI... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

The 454 injectors flow much more than any other injector, including the pro-jection units (I'm referring to the 670 CFM unit). $100 a piece sounds about right, you're going to have a hard time finding them elsewhere, you might want to check Turbo City as well. Keep in mind that the 454 injectors will not work with a stock small block PROM (if that's what they will be used for). What are you wanting to do with them?

Well, going by the pictures, some of the Pro-Jection throttle bodies use the same injectors that fit GM's TBI-220 throttle body. They also seem to use Mopar injectors.

Why won't the injectors work with a smallblock PROM? Aren't they both the same type of injector?

They're going to get stuck in a smallblock throttle body and used in a custom application.
